Booking Terms – Event Furniture Rentals

Welcome to Viola LLC. To ensure a smooth and stress-free rental experience, please review our booking terms before reserving chairs, tables, linens, or event essentials.

1. Booking & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your rental reservation.
• The balance is due 3 days before pickup.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Pickup Policy

• Pickup only from our Newberg, Oregon location.
• Customers are responsible for loading, securing, and transporting items safely.
• Rentals must be returned on the agreed date and time.

3. Security Deposit & Damages

• A refundable security deposit may be required at pickup.
• Damaged, missing, or late-returned items will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately.
• Customers are fully responsible for rental items during the rental period.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking qualify for a full refund.
• Refunds may be issued if items have not yet been ordered, reserved, or prepared for your event.
• Once reserved, deposits become non-refundable.

5. Usage Guidelines

• Rental items must be used as intended for events only.
• Linens must not be permanently stained, cut, or altered.
• Disposable items (such as plates, cups, forks, napkins, etc.) are single-use only and do not need to be returned.

6. Liability

• Viola LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during use of rental items.
• Customers assume full responsibility once items leave our premises.

• Or complete it on-site at pickup

A valid photo ID is required (a copy may be taken at pickup).
